Architect / Project Manager

FleischmanGarciaMaslowski Architecture is currently seeking an exceptional Architect/Project Manager. The Architect/Project Manager will manage, organize and coordinate project teams, be responsible for ensuring that production of construction documents is consistent with design intent, be responsible for project schedules and budgets, and oversee construction administration. The ideal candidate should have the skills to contribute in a collaborative team atmosphere and the initiative to grow within the firm.  

Required skills include: Possess strong design skills in Revit Architecture; Knowledge of building codes and standards. 

Required experience includes: At least 10 years’ professional experience; Licensed Architect registered in North Carolina is preferred or equivalent time practicing architecture with a high level of experience.
