What You'll Do
VIA is seeking an accomplished Project Leader with active licensure and 6+ years of professional leadership experience. This is an in-person, project management position where you will work directly with VIA Principals to define and execute the project vision from schematic design through construction administration, overseeing architectural projects from concept through completion. As the direct face of the firm, you will represent VIA in client presentations and align design solutions with client goals. You will:
Lead project teams, internal and external, coordinating design development, technical documentation, and project delivery
Manage client communications and align design solutions with project goals
Coordinate with consultants and contractors throughout each project phase
Monitor schedules and budgets across multiple concurrent projects
Support quality control of drawings and specifications
Mentor team members and contribute to the refinement of VIA's design standards and processes
What You'll Bring
Active architecture license with 6+ years of professional leadership experience
Proven track record of managing built work and leading both projects and project teams
Strong understanding of the architectural process and management of consultant teams
Fluency in current Revit, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam Revu
Organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and ethical
Compensation
VIA aligns compensation with AIA regional standards, factoring in firm size, revenue, and local market data. The target salary range for this position is $99,000–$119,000, commensurate with experience.
