Architectural Designer

Form & Function Architecture is an architecture firm focused on residential, commercial, and state projects. We're looking for a skilled Architectural Designer to join our collaborative team in Asheville, NC.

This is a full-time, in-person position working primarily on residential projects and occasionally on commercial/state. If you're passionate about design and ready to grow in a supportive, design-driven environment, we want to hear from.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate on residential projects from concept through construction

  • Create drawings, plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations

  • Assist in preparing construction documents and coordinating with consultants

  • Participate in client meetings and occasional site visits

  • Learn and use Revit (we'll provide training!)

What We're Looking For:

  • Degree in Architecture, Drafting, Interior Design, or related field

  • 5+ years of professional experience (residential experience preferred)

  • Strong design sensibility and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in CAD; Revit experience is a plus (but not required)

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
