Welcome to the AIA North Carolina Store! Here you can order the paper contract documents and have them shipped directly to you! If you would like to pick up your paper documents, please CLICK HERE for a full document list. You may print this, make your selections and come to the AIA North Carolina office: 14 E. Peace Street, Raleigh, NC 27604, to buy your documents . Please call with questions: (919) 833-6656, and ask for Kathie Rainey, Director of Member Services, or send an email: krainey@aianc.org. With the drop down menu above ("Please select Store location A,B,C,D or G"), you may select the series of documents you'd like to view: A Series - Owner-Contractor Documents
If you are a member, and do not see the "member price" listed, please go to the top of this page and click "Member Login" to log in. Your login should be your email and your password should be your member number. At the time that you log in, you may select "never" under when to log out; this way, everytime you visit the AIA NC website, you will be logged in! If you have difficulties logging in, please call: (919) 833-6656, and ask for Kathie Rainey, Director of Member Services; or send an email: krainey@aianc.org Add items to your shopping basket by clicking on the item to select it; you will then see a full synopsis of the document and a button to "add item to shopping basket." You may select the quantity you would like to purchase. You may continue shopping after each item. The shopping cart will add you items, tax, and shipping. When you are ready to checkout, click the link with the shopping basket icon at the top of the page. ( Select your method of payment and complete your transaction...and you're done!
