In order to be a member of AIA North Carolina, you must pay both state and national dues. You must also pay local dues if you reside in the Charlotte, Piedmont, Triangle, Winston-Salem, Eastern or Wilmington Sections of the state.
AIA members agree to abide by the AIA Bylaws, as well as the AIA Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct.

AIA North Carolina maintains a library as an information resource for its membership. Included in the library are a variety texts regarding the history of architecture in North Carolina as well as Chapter-produced periodicals. We also have a large of number of videotapes and books about issues affecting architecture. You can access the information by calling to make an appointment and visiting the office.
