Sandy Gray, a Vice President with Cumming, leads the company’s cost management team in the Eastern U.S. Sandy is a trained quantity surveyor and certified professional estimator with 16 years of cost management experience across multiple sectors both in the U.S. and abroad. Sandy’s market focus includes projects in the federal, healthcare, higher education, and K-12 education sectors. Sandy is responsible for leading the cost management process from project conception to completion in conventional as well as alternate delivery methods. Sandy is a native of Scotland, graduating from the Robert Gordon University with Distinction in 1996.
