Sandy’s market focus includes projects in the federal, healthcare, higher education, and K-12 education sectors. Sandy is responsible for leading the cost management process from project conception to completion in conventional as well as alternate delivery methods. Sandy is a native of Scotland, graduating from the Robert Gordon University with Distinction in 1996.
