ADW is seeking a Construction Contract Administrator. Candidate should demonstrate a knowledge of both design and construction including knowledge of codes, construction processes, and construction contracts. Successful candidate will possess good organizational and communication skills working in both individual and team environments cultivating teamwork and client relationships.
Qualified applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree preferably in Architecture. CSI Certified Construction Contract Administrator and Revit/CAD proficiency are a plus.
Responsibilities include those necessary of an Architect to administer the Contract for Construction. Candidate shall be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Familiarity with Revit and Bluebeam is a plus. Candidate must be available to travel throughout the Carolinas and will be subject to the physical demands necessary on a construction site including, but not limited to, climbing scaffolding, using ladders, and navigating excavations.
